Rev James Competition
Introduction
By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. SA Brain & Co Ltd. are running the competition.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. SA Brain & Co Ltd employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
Competition Duration
The competition will run for 12 months, from [START MONTH/YEAR] to [END MONTH/YEAR].
A monthly winner will be selected each month for the duration of the competition, giving a total of 12 monthly winners across the 12-month period.
In the month immediately following the end of the 12-month competition period ("Month 13"), one grand prize winner will be selected at random from among the 12 monthly winners.
The Prize
Monthly winners: Each month, one entrant will be selected as that month's winner. Each monthly winner will receive one free case of Rev James, and being selected as a monthly winner also confirms entry into the Month 13 grand prize draw.
Grand prize winner: In Month 13, one of the 12 monthly winners will be selected at random to receive 1 year's worth of free Rev James, consisting of a 12-bottle pack delivered each month for 12 months, starting from the month following the Month 13 draw.
A person who has already been selected as a monthly winner is not eligible to be selected as a monthly winner again in any subsequent month of this competition. Entrants remain eligible to be entered into the monthly draw each month, but once selected as a monthly winner, they will be excluded from all future monthly draws for the remainder of the competition.
The use of specific brands as prizes by SA Brain & Co Ltd does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
SA Brain & Co Ltd.'s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
A monthly winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants and notified via the email address provided once each calendar month, for the 12-month duration of the competition.
The grand prize winner will be chosen at random from the 12 monthly winners and notified via email during Month 13.
SA Brain & Co Ltd will make two attempts to contact each monthly winner and the grand prize winner via email.
If a monthly winner does not respond within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their place as that month's winner, and SA Brain & Co Ltd reserves the right to select a new winner for that month. If the grand prize winner does not respond within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit the grand prize, and SA Brain & Co Ltd reserves the right to select a new grand prize winner from the remaining monthly winners.
Delivery of the Prize
Each monthly winner will allow 14 days from their win being confirmed for delivery of their free case; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
The grand prize winner will allow 14 days from their win being confirmed for the first delivery of their prize; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement. Subsequent monthly deliveries of the 12-month grand prize will be made in line with the schedule confirmed to the winner upon notification.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by SA Brain & Co Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants will be given the option to subscribe to receive communication from SA Brain & Co Ltd. If you do choose to subscribe, you are free to unsubscribe at any time.
All entrants may request information on a winning participant by emailing sales@sabrain.com.
If requested by SA Brain & Co Ltd, a winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other competition participants.
Each monthly winner's first name and country of residence will be announced on SA Brain & Co Ltd.'s website and social media channels following their respective monthly draw, and the grand prize winner's details will be announced following the Month 13 draw.
Limitation of Liability
SA Brain & Co Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants because of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
SA Brain & Co Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
