You love beer, we love beer, and our Master Brewers definitely love beer! Our team of experts have an average tenure of 30 years at the Brewery and they do it all; they brew, package, and distribute locally and nationally.

The starting ingredient of any beer is water and a brewer’s nose and palette will expertly judge its content and adjust the water chemistry to produce the correct foundation for differing beer styles.

The fusion of flavours
Next the brewer must understand the correct proportions and amounts of base and specialty malts. In choosing specific hops, a brewer will consider the potential bitterness, flavour and aroma. One way our brewers do this is by rubbing fresh hops between their fingers to feel the oils and smell the aroma.
