What is Subscribe & Save?
If you're a beer enthusiast who frequently orders from us, our Subscribe & Save service is tailor-made for you. By opting in, you can enjoy the convenience of having your favourite beers delivered right to your doorstep on a regular basis.
What am I signing up to?
SA Brain & Company Ltd offers a subscription service called Subscribe & Save, which allows customers to receive regular shipments of items.
- Your items will be shipped monthly.
- You can cancel anytime after receiving three orders.
- By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your card for future orders.
- Benefits, discounts, and delivery offers may change at any time.
What are the benefits?
- Save up to 15% on your preferred items (excluding shipping).
- Free delivery on orders over £60 within the UK mainland (charges may apply for remote areas).
- Flexible control — pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
- Minimum commitment of 3 months to qualify for the discount.
How to get started
- Visit the product page and select the Subscribe & Save option.
- Proceed through checkout as usual.
- Sit back and enjoy — your favourite beers will arrive regularly without needing to reorder.
Managing Your Subscription
How can I manage my subscription?
- Log in to your Brains account (or create one using the same email you used to subscribe).
- Once logged in, you can manage your subscription directly from your account dashboard.
- Alternatively, request an email to access your subscription — it will contain a link to activate your account.
- Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.
- After activation, you can manage everything from your account page.
How do I change my subscription’?
- Visit your account page to review your subscription. You can add/remove items and change your delivery frequency anytime.
- Log in to your account to update the next delivery date.
- Log in to your account and select Skip Delivery under your subscription options.
- Log in to your account to update your saved payment details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you’d like to cancel, log in to your account and select Cancel Subscription. (Remember: you must have received at least 3 orders before cancelling.)
Orders & Delivery
What happens after I place my order?
- You’ll receive an email confirmation for your initial order.
- When your recurring order is processed, we’ll send another email.
- Once shipped, you’ll get tracking details from Parcelforce.
- You can pause or adjust your subscription anytime.
What happens if my items are out of stock?
If an item in your subscription is unavailable, your order will be paused until all items are back in stock. Once available, we’ll ship your complete order. You can also log in and adjust your items at any time.
Returns & Support
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
To initiate a return:
- Email shopenquiries@sabrain.com for assistance.
- Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
